Includes 3 air samples and walk through using equipment to find possible mold and water intrusion. A tape sample can also be taken if possible mold found.

Using our AI powered air pumps to detect 90+ mold spores and 10+ air particles.
Over 50% of homes have mold but only 5% are tested.
Samples of suspected mold will be taken and sent out to a lab to verify what types of molds are present.
An inspection can also be performed on the interior and exterior to help determine where moisture intrusion may be occurring.
With the air quality and mold test a full report of the results will be emailed out to you within 2-3 days after testing. The report includes types and levels of mold and if any further action should be taken. A consultation can be set up with the lab experts to answer additional questions beyond the report.
